Data controller

Data we collect

• Consultation request, step 1: first name, last name, email, phone number.
• Step 2: address and description of the property (type, availability, floor area, number of guests it sleeps, strengths), photos or documents you send, message.
• Direct booking: identity, contact details, dates of stay and number of guests. Payment is processed by Stripe: we never have access to your bank details.

Why we use it

• To answer your request and assess your property: pre-contractual steps taken at your request.
• To contact you again about your property, including if you did not complete step 2: the company's legitimate interest.
• To manage your booking and your stay: performance of the contract.
• To meet our accounting and tax obligations: legal obligation.

Who has access to it

Rolf and Virginie, and our technical service providers, only for what concerns them: Wix (website and forms), Smoobu (bookings) and Stripe (payment). Some of them may process data outside the European Union; these transfers are covered by the safeguards provided for in the GDPR. Your data is never sold.

How long we keep it

• Owner requests that do not go further: 3 years after the last contact.
• Client owners and guests: for the duration of the relationship, then for the periods required by law (10 years for accounting records).
• Photos and documents sent through the form: deleted if the request does not go further, at the latest 3 years after the last contact.

Your rights

You can access, correct or delete your data, restrict its use, object to its processing or ask for its portability by writing to contact@les-suites-indivio.com. We reply within one month. You can also lodge a complaint with the French data protection authority, the CNIL (cnil.fr).

Cookies

The website, hosted by Wix, only uses the technical cookies required for it to work and to keep sessions secure. It uses no advertising cookies and no third-party audience measurement tools (Google Analytics, social media pixels…). Should this change, your consent would be requested beforehand.
